Terms and conditions

**1. General**

The tenant acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions. LaMaisonAndaluz may unilaterally modify them. All adjustments are immediately applicable when they appear on the website. The tenant/customer is responsible for being informed of these latest published general terms and conditions. The use of LaMaisonAndaluz’s services and payment implies that the tenant is bound by these conditions.

**2. My Deposit**

Upon booking the holiday home, a deposit of €350 is transferred. You will receive this deposit back within a week if you leave the accommodation neat and no damage is observed.

**3. What in case of cancellation?**

In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the stay: 75% refund of the rental price.

No refund will be made for cancellations within 6 weeks.

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

**4. What should I do before and during my stay?**

Please communicate the correct number of guests. If there are more, the landlord has the right to refuse access to the property or immediately collect the full deposit.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed.

Please respect the check-out time (before 10 am). Otherwise, a part of the deposit may be collected for extra labor for cleaning.

Also, please notify LaMaisonAndaluz in case of late arrival (after 8 pm) so that an appointment can be made regarding the key.

Throughout the entire stay, the tenant is fully responsible for the property. The tenant undertakes to cover the costs arising from an error or negligence on his part or that of the other residents.

The tenant will treat the property as a good father and will maintain the property. The tenant also has the necessary insurance against rental risks such as fire, water damage, and others.

Please leave the property tidy, i.e., everything is back in its original place both inside and outside, the kitchen is completely tidied up (refrigerator, all appliances, and oven are cleaned, and all dishes are in their place), all waste and garbage have been disposed of. If this is not the case, the entire deposit will be collected without discussion.

The tenant relieves the owner and LaMaisonAndaluz of all responsibility for any accidents that may occur in the holiday home, the garden, as well as in and around a swimming pool.

**5. Miscellaneous**

For technical reasons, the reservation can be canceled by the landlord up to 48 hours after booking/payment. The paid amount will then be refunded within 48 hours.

The tenant acknowledges having read these conditions.

The tenant must immediately inform LaMaisonAndaluz of any deviation regarding the furnishings or other matters of the rented property. This complaint must be submitted within 48 hours after occupying the property. If this is not done, complaints cannot be taken into account later.

If the property is not clean or tidy upon arrival, this must be reported immediately to LaMaisonAndaluz upon arrival. An additional cleaning can then be arranged. If this is not reported immediately, later complaints about the cleanliness of the property cannot be accepted.

LaMaisonAndaluz is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or hindrance that disturb, interrupt, or prevent the stay. They can in no case give rise to the payment of compensation.

LaMaisonAndaluz is not liable for accidents that may happen in the house, the garden, and in and around the swimming pool of the holiday home.
